Terms & Conditions – Limousine Service Nordic

These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Limousine Service Nordic (“the Company”) and the Customer. By confirming a booking, the Customer acknowledges and accepts all terms stated below.


1. Service Scope & Inclusions

All booked services include the following standard benefits:

  • Meet & Greet Service at all pickup locations.

  • Included Waiting Time:

    • Airport Pickups: 45 minutes from the aircraft’s arrival time (with a valid flight number).

    • All Other Locations (hotels, homes, stations, ports): 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

  • Amenities: Complimentary bottled water and Wi-Fi (subject to availability and signal quality).

  • Fees: Standard tolls and service fees are included.

Note:
After the included waiting time expires, an hourly surcharge will apply per commenced hour.
If the Customer requires immediate departure after the waiting time ends, the Company must be informed in advance.


2. Billing, Minimum Charges & Time Calculation

  • Minimum Charge:
    All bookings are subject to a minimum of:

    • 2 hours of service, or

    • The standard airport transfer rate,
      whichever amount is greater.

  • Hourly Service Time Calculation:
    Time is calculated per commenced hour and begins once the chauffeur enters the Stockholm inner toll zone (tullarna) and ends when the chauffeur returns to the same zone.


3. Cancellation & Payment Policy

3.2 Payment Terms

All payments must be fully cleared before the service begins.
Accepted methods of payment include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Secure payment links

  • Revolut Pay


4. Chauffeur & Vehicle Standards

  • Professional Conduct:
    Chauffeurs arrive on time, professionally dressed, and in a clean, well-maintained vehicle.

  • Flight Monitoring:
    The Company monitors all provided flight numbers and adjusts pickup times accordingly.
    Additional charges may apply for delays or changes not communicated by the Customer.


5. Additional Charges & Surcharges

The Customer agrees to pay any applicable additional fees, including:

  • Excess Waiting Time: Billed per commenced hour after the included waiting time.

  • Extra Stops: Any additional or unscheduled stops not listed in the original booking confirmation.

  • Night-Time / Holiday Surcharges: May apply depending on date and time of service.


6. Liability & Indemnity

  • Damage to Vehicle:
    The Customer is financially responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of their actions or the actions of their party.

  • Force Majeure:
    The Company is not liable for delays caused by events outside its control, including extreme weather, road closures, traffic conditions, or industrial actions.

  • Personal Property:
    The Company is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged items left in the vehicle.
    Retrieval of lost items is the Customer’s responsibility.


7. Prohibited Uses & Penalties

  • Illegal Activity:
    Transporting or using illegal substances, weapons, or contraband is strictly forbidden.
    Violations will be reported to authorities and will incur a 50,000 SEK penalty fee.

  • Commercial Use, Filming & Media:
    Using the Company’s vehicles for filming, photography, music videos, commercials, or promotional activities without written approval is prohibited.
    Violations incur a 50,000 SEK penalty, plus possible legal action.

  • Passenger Conduct:
    Disorderly behavior—including excessive intoxication, violence, or abusive conduct—may result in immediate termination of service without refund.


8. General Provisions

  • Service Purpose:
    Vehicles are provided exclusively for professional transportation services.

  • Special Usage:
    Any use outside regular transportation (e.g., events, marketing, promotional shoots) requires the Company’s prior written approval.

  • Governing Law:
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swedish law.
    All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts unless otherwise agreed.
